The 6-part series The Expertise of Capital in Business from Cedric Chin at Commoncog is being completed with an article on Building a Valuable Business? It's How You Spend It That Matters. It inspires me to see Cedric grinding through all parts of business expertise. He specifically picked up a framework by Lia DiBello called The Triad identifying three pillars - Operations, Market, and Capital - as crucial for successful business leaders. Capital is definitely not my strong suit but I learned a fresh perspective and know where to turn to, when it becomes timely.
